Updated laws on Thailand’s quarantine interval for international arrivals

Starting tomorrow, the mandatory quarantine period for vaccinated travellers coming into Thailand will be lowered from 14 days to seven. Those who’re both unvaccinated, or who cannot present proof of their vaccination standing, face an extended quarantine period of between 10 to 14 days.
The obligatory isolation interval is waived for vaccinated travellers getting into Thailand through the pilot reopening projects on the islands of Phuket and Koh Samui. The government’s Phuket Information Centre recently announced that visitors arriving beneath the Phuket “Sandbox” venture will now solely want to stay at a SHA+ resort for seven days.
